Question / Help Speaker output drops when streaming

Very new to streaming, and I'm sure this is a simple mis-setting on my part, but I am streaming Microsoft Flight Sim X, and have the game sound, and sound from a comms program called Ventrilo coming through my speakers. I also have a USB headset working that gets sound from Skype and from FSX air traffic control through a program called FSInn.

All levels are good and balanced until I start the stream, and then the sound from my speakers drops off the cliff and i can't seem to bring it back up.

What setting am I missing?
