This was never a problem until recently (< 2 weeks ago) and I don't recall the problem's appearance coinciding with an OBS update, but I may be wrong...
In short, I have been using 2 window capture sources for League of Legends; one for the actual match (gameplay) client, and one for the login/matchmaking/chat client. The latter is beneath the former in the ordering of the sources, so that when the match loads, the actual gameplay is visible. When the match ends, the process that handles the gameplay is killed, only to be spawned again when a new match is found and loading begins. (i.e. during initial setup, I needed to have already started loading into a match before I could select it as a source for window/game capture).
Lately, the order of the sources only sometimes display correctly. This is always fixed by unchecking and re-checking the gameplay capture checkbox (again, the one at the top of the list). Sometimes the game will end (e.g. "Victory/Defeat" will be displayed and the last frame of the (now ended) gameplay window will cover the LoL launcher/matchmaking client. Other times, a match will be found, the client will minimize (as usual) and the gameplay source for the actual match will be occluded by the matchmaking/chat client (again, which is minimized). This is fixed by unchecking and reselecting the top game source. I have also tried with Game Capture instead of Window Capture, and the same problem occurs.
It's like I have to disable and enable the top source each time a "state change" occurs, in order for the stream to visually update correctly.
Please let me know if any more information is required.
