Question / Help sound

I using OBS to stream League Of Legends and my viewer can only hear me and not the ingame sound or my friends in my skype call or my music
 
Make sure that OBS is set to use the desktop audio device that the game and Skype are outputting to. Usually this is your default audio device.
 
I double checked my settings and nothing has changed. I was just streaming last night without any issues and today when I turned on my computer, the sound was messed up.

My stream viewers hear my skype but not my itunes or League of Legends game sounds.

Okay basically because I'm new to OBS, I didn't realize that this volume slider needed to be adjusted.

volume slider -> yellow/blue circle
mic slider -> red circle

It's very easy to accidentally mute all your volume if you click around too fast.
