Question / Help Sound Stuttering

I have my OBS settings set to the general Twitch settings by following this guide
http://help.twitch.tv/customer/portal/a ... re#General Settings

There are no issues with my sound when I stream talking on Teamspeak3 and Skype voice comm or game sound. In general my stream sound does not stutter. However, when I start to play music the sound stutters.
http://www.twitch.tv/eugie314/c/3830179 (in the video there is a slight pause in game sound since I tabbed out of the game to play music)

I've tried playing through my USB headset and AUX speakers and the problem still persists.
I've also tried playing music through Websites such as youtube/grooveshark and playing music directly from my PC through windows media player.
I've tweaked around with the audio settings, lowering my fps to 320p and still cannot figure out a solution.

That's really weird. I have to admit I'm not entirely sure what's happening in this case, stuttering usually means an improper overclock, but I've never heard of something like this where it happens only when you're playing music or something

Yea I know it's weird and I can't find what's wrong so I was hoping someone would be able to tell me how to fix this. I do not have anything overclock. All my hardware is at normal setting. I was able to stream fine at one point. Not too sure starting from which update this stuttering started to happen. Hopefully someone will be able to tell me what I am doing wrong.

Yea, I didn't see an overclock in the log. I don't think you're doing anything wrong honestly, but I would like you to come around chat sometime for testing if you have time. Preferably a real IRC client because I hate the webchat, #obsproject on quakenet. I'm "Jim-" on there. Message me when you get a chance, say my name to get my attention, and I can run some tests on you.
