Question / Help Sound repeating on twitch. New mic.

Just got a new microphone (Audio-Technica AT2020 plus USB) and when I start streaming I'm getting a repeating of what I'm saying every 10 seconds. It seems to record and just repeat what I say into the mic so I end up with layers upon layers of voice that's ever repeating. I used google and tried what was posted but it did not work.
