Question / Help Sound record Problem

Hi everyone, I use OBS for record game or sound only, it's work fine but if I record video and sound together my voice is too bad. how to fix it ?

Thank you Jim, I'm sorry I'm not sure this is correct log.

You say your voice is bad, but that particular log contains no entry for a microphone.
