Question / Help sound problems... 2 sec delay

hello my sound is delayed and i have been annoyed about this the last live streams and videos i have made and i want to fix it now if anybody has a fix

Do you have OBS Studio/Multiplatform ?
If yes, please check your effect on your video and audio sources by right clicking>effects
If nothing anormal for you appear in your effect, i have absolutely no idea from where it comes from, does the problem happen on both stream and record, is your encoding parameters the problem?

yes the thing you see there is only 1 hour of a 6 hour stream i stream and save the streams (unless there is some copyrighted music or other thing on it)

Yeah sorry i was at school when i wrote you! (with an autorization of my professor)

So, As i've seen by your encoding settings, did you've tried to encode with the default x264 codec?This should eventually resolve the problem.

Next, di you've tried to set a custom buffer size? 3500 should be a nice value to test.

x264 made the look of the video pixelated
and i have set the buffer to that because then it will be in 1080P on youtube so ?
