Question / Help Sound problem when streaming and recording

When i start to stream or i start to record, after about 5-10 seconds my sound keeps stopping and starting and people on skype are saying that my voice starts to lagg. I've been fiddling with different sounds and sound settings but i cant seem to find the solution.

A solution would be much appreciated or even a suggestion.

I thought it would be self-explanatory but let's break down the topic title that I linked.

Yep, you're having a problem!

then...

"Make sure to post a log and/or crash dump"
You should probably post a log file so we can get more information about what's going on.

And the first two sentences on that page: "When asking a question, it's very important to include your OBS log file. The log contains details about your system and settings and lets people see technical details about why something might not be working."

So please go follow the instructions and provide a log file.
