Question / Help Sound out of sync with video after a while

I am streaming multiple games and the quality seems to be fine. However what appears to be random the sound and video stop being in sync. Can anyone tell me what my problem is based on this log ? It doesn't seem to be something that happens after a consistent time or something either. Thanks in advance.

It seems to have helped a little but it's still there as you can see by the latest broadcast. Any other suggestions ? I did change the things he mentioned

Other than check to see if your CPU is overheating or the cores are parked while streaming. also dont use launch options like -high or -threads with CS:GO. this will cause many issues like duplicate frames in OBS and sometimes lower fps is games because CS:GO will not be fighting OBS for use of your 4 cores.
