Ok, i have two video source, one on main scene, and second video source in 'pip cam' scene.
Now i put 'pip cam' on main scene and sound from line in, on audio device list i have 3 sources, from line in, first video and second video source.

Start streaming and record, after 3 sec. unvisible 'pip cam', audio device list has change and remove second video source, after 3 sec visible 'pip cam', on audio device list back second video source.

Now stop streaming and recording.
Play saved video, and after 3 sec. i have muted sound, after 3 sec. sound is back.

And one more info, first video and second video has muted sound, only from line in sound is 100%.

It's like audio device list error.

If your device has audio+video then when you switching scene (or disables source) the both audio and video of the device switches off from the output (because it both belongs to the single "media" source).

Device is LGP2 and LGP, (previosly i use BlackMagic Shuttle + LGP, but sometimes sound from blackmagic do not hear and not visible on bar, sometimes hear good and every fine but sometimes choppy).

In both case, always if disable 'pip scene' sound do not hear.

Hmm... Look, you have two same sources in the scene: the first one is in 'Glowna' scene ('Audio Input Capture') second in 'zegar' scene ('Audio Input Capture'). More over, the 'Audio Input Capture' has three instances inside 'zegar' scene via scenes 'z1', 'z2' and 'z3'. You had added the 'zegar' scene to the 'Glowna' scene, so you have now 5 instances of the 'Audio Input Capture' inside 'Glowna' scene (they all playbacks simultaneously :). So, what scene or source you are trying to switch off (make invisible)?

I recommend to keep just single audio source per scene - to not have headache over overlapping sources and switch scenes instead of disabling sources.

yes, i add Audio Input Capture to all scene, but not change any thing in save audio.
I switch to unvisible 'zegar', after this sound is muted, if unvisible sound back.

Now i remove more 'Audio Input Capture', and the same result.

Do not use disable/enable source. Use scene switch. There is small bug during source disable/enable order, when you have scene as source and cloned source inside scene and inside parent scene.

You can remove 'Audio Input Capture' source from the scene 'Glowna' as simple workaround (this source still present in 'zegar' scene). But I recommend to rebuild current Scene Collection to use scene switch instead of disable/enable source.

Edit: Fixed in OBS Studio upper than v20.1.3.
_______________

Steps to reproduce the issue (OBS Studio v18.0.1):
  1. Make new scene named 'Scene'
  2. Add (Create new) 'Audio Input Capture' source to scene 'Scene'
  3. Make new scene named 'Scene 2'
  4. Add 'Audio Input Capture' source as Add Existing to 'Scene 2'
  5. Add to scene 'Scene' a source Scene and point it to 'Scene 2' via Add Existing
  6. Disable (via "eye" icon click) source 'Scene 2' in scene 'Scene'
  7. Disable (via "eye" icon click) source ''Audio Input Capture' in scene 'Scene'
  8. The 'Audio Input Capture' still listed under the Mixer's list (not excluded from output)

As workaround, switch to scene 'Scene 2' and back to 'Scene' - now 'Audio Input Capture' source excluded from the Mixer's list.
Video sample in .flv format that represents the issue attached (zip archive).
