Question / Help Sound Level help

My biggest issue when streaming is getting my microphone settings tuned correctly. I can never seem to get it so you can hear my clearly over all the sound that is going on. Does anyone have any tips that could help me with this issue? I use a Zalman Zm-Mic1 High Sensitivity Headphone Microphone

Lower the ingame sound a bit and maybe boost your microphone sound?
