Question / Help Sound-Delay and blurry Video

Hey guys,

today i received my AverMedia Gamebroadcaster HD, at first i tried to split the Signal with an common hdmi splitter one cable goes into the capture Card, the other one goes into the TV. After that i checked the Sound and it was out of sync... for about 1 or 2 seconds.

Even though i tried recording it local with OBS, and after that i watched it, and it was really blurry and a really bad Quality...

any Ideas on that ?

Edit:
I think i fixed the blurry Video quality by setting up the bitrate...

Now the other BIG problem is the audio-delay... And i dont have any clue how to fix that...

How is the quality when you use Avermedia's RECentral? I used it for a while and while it was really good, it would just not support a live microphone added. So I had to go with OBS and that is working wonders.
