Hello,

i try to stream for a few friends and im using the latest version of OBS but i have a problem with my sound.

here is a video of what im talking about: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1082418408

The headset im using is a Teufel Cage 2. (Teufel is a german brand). I tried to change my settings, go down with the resolution etc but i found out that when i just change the audio to my speakers the sound is working fine. Anyone here with an idea how to get it working with my headset and know a fix for it ?

My PC specs are:

i5-9600k
16GB ram
rtx 2080

im using nvenc for encoding and it runs perfect with my settings except audio.

Thanks for any reply!

All different samplerates: OBS is set to 44.1k,

14:17:24.494: WASAPI: Device '7.1 Game Sound (Teufel Gaming Headset)' [96000 Hz] initialized
14:17:24.494: [Loaded global audio device]: 'Desktop-Audio'
14:17:24.528: WASAPI: Device 'Mikrofon (Teufel Gaming Headset)' [48000 Hz] initialized
14:17:24.528: [Loaded global audio device]: 'Mikrofon/AUX-Audio'

Try to set all to 48k (within OBS and within windows sound settings) as default.
Then see if the stutter remains.

If anything changes, post a new log (and possibly a new sample showing the issue).

Pseudo '7.1 surround sound' headphones cause this, due to how they fake surround-sound via software manipulation.
Disable the 7.1 mode in Windows, and run them in basic stereo mode instead. Should work fine after that.
