Question / Help Sometimes Game Capture Black Screens on Local Recordings (Still have sound)

So guys im kinda new to OBS but I was sooo exited when i got all my settings working and could capture clear gameplay however sometimes my whole recording will just black screen! It seems to just randomly do this. I still have all the sound just none of the gameplay! Its getting really frustrating and I would like to find a fix if anyone knows it! Thanks!
