Question / Help Someone please help extremely low fps when recording

Ok so i just recently uploaded a new video on my Youtube channel RyanK39.

My videos only get like 20 fps when recording but when im playing without recording i get around 120 - 170 fps.
Its so hard to record and i really want good recordings.
I come to you for help and I hope you will be able to help me out

Oh btw
I dont know what a log file is. I would include one if i knew what it is. I'm kinda new to obs and i dont know the settings or logs or stuff like that.
