Question / Help Some Issues Setting Up A Hearthstone Stream Without Lag

Hey,
I have some problems setting up my stream. My stream keeps lagging on twitch and I guess I don't have the right settings for it. I already tried a couple of guide / the estimated options but I can't seem to fix it.

My specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770
GeForce GTX 680
Upload 4800 kbit/s ~

My current settings:
3500 max bitrate
3500 puffer
selected the closest server
30 fps
1080p
CBR and CFS are enable
Aero disabled

I would appreciate any help / suggestions as I already said I only want to stream Hearthstone at the moment. Maybe League later..

Hm, your file seems okay, though your bitrate might be a little higher than you need for that resolution and FPS combination (2500 or 3000 should be more than sufficient). Are your viewers reporting this, or is this just you? You might need to be a bit more descriptive about what specifically is happening, because I may be a slight bit confused.

Viewers are reporting some lag issues. I don't lose any frames according to OBS and also the bitrate doesn't fall off. Viewers are experiencing issues after 3-4 seconds of watching. The stream freezes for them for like 2-3 seconds and then they have another 3-4 seconds without lag. It goes on like this and it's obviously not a good experience for the viewer.

Yea, you just need to be careful with the bitrate. Each viewer will have a different internet connection as well, and some may not be able to download as much as others, or some might live really far away from where you're broadcasting to which can cause that sort of thing as well.

Ok, so I guess I will just play around with the bitrate a bit. Thanks for the help, I'm glad there are no major issues!

i personally run a similar setup
first off run JTVPing to make sure the server your streaming to has a good ping and jitter. sometimes the closest isn't always the best.
next with your hardware i'd advise the following for your stream.
720p @ 2,500kbps, 30-45fps (depending on the game), preset on medium.
quality will be fantastic and your watchers will appreciate the lower bandwidth required to watch.
