Question / Help [solved]Stream is really Laggy

so my upload speed is 5mbps and i want to stream at 720p at 30 fps this shows a pic of the video encoding settings

now i heard conflicting answers on whether i could stream with 5mbps upload speed but most said yes is their any settings i could change to make it watchable or is 5mbps just not good enough for 720p streaming thanks.

Maybe your upload speed it's enougth to stream 1080p also but it also depends on pc specs, post full info (log file or so)
