Question / Help [Solved] Huge FPS Drop on CS:GO

So everything seems fine on the OBS end, but when I play on CS im losing about 100 fps. and I get stuttering and sound glitching very often. I have around 20Mbps upload speed, and a pretty decent build.

What could be causing this?

dont use the faster preset keep it on the default (veryfast)

and reduce the resolution your webcam is capturing 1080p is not needed 720p webcam at max 540p should be fairly enough for a webcam capture.

Thanks a bunch stranger! Seems like the webcam running at 1080p took a huge hit on my CPU. I can now stream at 720p no problem :D
