Question / Help So my stream keeps disconnecting

Hey there! I've been doing a lot of trouble shooting on my own, and experimenting with settings (just looked through a thread explaining not to mess with advanced settings and why so I reset the one setting I actually messed with in there and the problem persists) but basically I'm on a 5mb upload with a bitrate of 800 and I'm still completely losing the connection for short bits at a time. I've tried every one of the troubleshooting suggestions, even had the isp come out twice (both times they changed out bits on the network, one to clear up some noise, one to replace the actual modem to make sure speeds are actually correct) the one thing I haven't tried yet is switching out the ethernet cord, and that's something I kinda want to be last attempt because that requires me to go out and buy another ethernet cord (a longer one, because the modem is on the other side of the room, this one is brand new, so it shouldn't be having any issues because it hasn't been pinched or messed with in any way) So I'm not exactly sure what to do, so I'm here asking for help. I also have to say, while I'm not the most educated in this field (yet) I'm entirely impressed and fascinated by the work you guys put in and how well you've done! Ok, enough fangirling, I'll leave a log here too because I imagine that i should lol, your reminder is quite the hint :P

The link you provided is what I was referring to in op, I just didn't have it on hand thanks :) (to reiterate I did attempt everything in this article)

ISP is Brighthouse Networks, an admittedly shitty central Florida based cable company.

That was really helpful on what to do! Thanks ^^

But in reality now. The big red note says I can't do anything on my end, meaning I'd have to talk to the isp to figure out what's up. I'm not exactly sure what I should be saying to the isp to figure out how to solve this issue
