Question / Help SNIP (Music) Help!

Hey OBS Forums!

So I have a windows 8 computer. Im trying to download snip to display the song on obs. I downloaded it correctly and got the program but to make it work you need the snip.text file to enter in obs. The snip.text appears after you extract the program so I did. I am not getting the .text file please help!

Hmm It's hard to help. Cuz it's weird it not working. Always you should do like this:
- first run spotify or whatever music player you use
- second run snip
If I remeber the .txt file from snip is creating after you run "snip" and your music player. Then you this .txt file should be created. If it won't help you always you can try this - "SMG now playing" https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/smg-now-playing.46/ I'm using it and it works for me. By the way I used to use snip and it worked too :).

PS Remeber that steps "first and second" are the same as for "snip" as for "smg".
