I've tried a few thing with OBS and a SNES using a generic usb adaptor thing, and this is the best i can get to, any help?

Looks like it's time to grab an Elgato or SC512. That's the fault of your USB cap device. You can also try an Easycap ($8 from Amazon) but it'll probably be the same kind of quality.

i'll have to look into it, this one was only supposed to be a temp but a temp that worked...
