SNES game recording lagging

Hey, i've been recently using OBS because it's great at recording, and i decided to record a new video for my channel. I've been testing Super Mario World, but one thing i noticed is that game is very laggy when recording, specially after it's done. My computer is very mediocre, being a Intel I7 2600 without a graphics card. Every time i record any SNES game (i'm using Snes9X), the recording's FPS is 5 fps, and the music and SFX is choppy. Also, when finishing recording, i notice it takes 30 seconds to really stop recording and a message below; "Decoding overloaded! Turn settings down!" or something like that. I could handle OBS and SNES roms easily, but i can't understand what i changed to happen that. Can someone help me?

1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (27.1.3). Please update to at least version 29.1.3 by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
2. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Alto-falantes (2- High Definition Audio Device): 48000 Hz
Microphone (2- High Definition Audio Device): 44100 Hz
3. Run updated OBS as Administrator. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
4. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed (gameplays), and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
5. One of the configured encoders is not recognised. This can result in failure to go live or to record. To fix this, go to Settings -> Output and change the 'Encoder' option. Select the QSV encoder. If you updated all the way to version 30 of OBS, you'll probably need to use the old Quick Sync Video DLL. See Replace the .dll from previous working version. Well, to some explanations:
I had to download this outdated version of OBS because my computer for some reason couldn't handle the new versions.
I also don't think the audio sample is wrong, probably just a performance issue (thats what i think, i may be wrong)
And yeah, i agree, having a lot of game capture sources is messy, but personally i've been testing some things. Don't worry, i'll fix it later.
As i said earlier, i don't have a graphics video card. The only option i can choose is "x264", which is my CPU. And yes, i downloaded both version 28 and version 30, replace obsq.dll, and instead of working, the Quick Sync option from output just disappeared. (i probably did something wrong or did not pay attention). Any help from now, i would be grateful.
