I have everything streaming, I just don't know how to get the stream to be smooth. It seems to just stop and go at points, or if I'm broadcasting for too long it seems to get choppier. If anyone has any idea what I can do to make it just stream a constant smoothness please let me know.

i think you should reduce your bitrate and buffer size to 4000, then do 720p/60fps or 1080p/30fps, but the bitrate is the most important, since server and viewer wont be able to support your stream with so much bitrate and twitch server may not support too.

1080p, 60fps, medium preset. might be the problem. I typically only recommend veryfast regardless of how amazing the CPU is.

30k bitrate? know that twitch may ban you if you try to stream with any significant number of users with that bitrate.

Back to very fast? Alright I'll try that as well.

And I had no idea you could get banned for that.
