Bitrate 2500, buffer 2500
720p - 60fps
700 - scene
preset - faster(main)
cadr interval - 2

My PC:
CPU - i7 6700k
DIMM - 16GB 2800Mhz
VIDEO - Asus matrix 980Ti Platinum

No. Superfast is a faster-sounding preset, and therefore lower quality.

People are more likely to stick around for lower picture quality streams than they are for streams where they're buffering or otherwise getting the feed interrupted.
