Question / Help Slows my internet

Hello, I'm new to forums, so please forgive any mistakes I may make. I've seen people stream with 25 download mbps and 2 upload mbps, and not experience unplayable ping. http://imgur.com/ICm1GDL This is my stats, and I do experience terrible lag. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Using "minimize network impact" in broadcast settings is the way to minimize in-game ping while streaming, at the cost of potentially higher chance of frame drops if your connection is poor or unstable. If you still have it even after doing so, then you are probably just using too much bitrate on top of that.
