AMD Athlon II X2 250 @ 3.2GHz
4GB RAM
ATI HD 3850 1GB 256bit

Internet
120/10

Can someone tell me best settings for streamin ?

You can't really stream on something that old.

yeah, you pretty much cant stream on that system, its just way too old. You could spend a couple hundred dollars on ebay and get a machine 4 times faster than that...
