SLOBS/OBS killing In-game FPS

Hi there as the title states whenever i even open SLOBS/OBS i immeditely lose in game FPS.

With nothing open = 150-180fps
with SLOBS/OBS open = 100-120
Streaming/Recording = 85-100

Here are my PC specs -

CPU - Intel i9 10900k

GPU - MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO 11GB Video Card

RAM - Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Memory - Black

Motherboard - ASUS TUF GAMING B460-PRO WIFI LGA 1200 ATX Motherboard

SSD - Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe 1.3 M.2 (2280) 3-Bit V-NAND SSD - MZ-V7S2T0BW

Case - Corsair Crystal 680X Smart RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower E-ATX Case - White

Cooling - Corsair Hydro Series™ H115i PRO RGB 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler

Monitor - ASUS ROG Strix XG258Q 25" FHD 240Hz G-Sync Compatible Gaming Monitor

2nd monitor - Dell SE2417HGX

I just want to say i understand that streaming puts a load on the PC and iv read through almost every thread possible on here and reddit regarding the issue but i know for a fact iv streamed at 150-180 FPS in the past for quite some time and this has only come about in the like 2-3 weeks. It is driving me insane.
Something has obviously happened recently and changed things so the only way to find a fix is to use the process of elimination and write down everything i have tried.

Here are two logs and a photo of hardware monitor while streaming.

i have tried

Changed and tested every setting possible in OBS/SLOBS - i do not believe its the in program settings at all and Please dont tell me to use Nvenc (new) encoder either it doesnt work for me even with my RTX card. I get really terrible results with it for some reason and iv given it a decent go.
tried with both preview off/on
No over heating CPU/GPU temps are consistent.
Tried all settings in the nvidea control panel
Game mode on/off
Running the game and SLOBS/OBS as admin
Hardware acceleration on/off
Have changed power options - balanced/high performance
Updated BIOS/firmware
updated windows
updated intel intergrated graphics drivers.
uninstalled and updated GPU drivers.
uninstalled OBS/SLOBS with revo uninstaller.
Disabling intergrated graphics
Uninstalled nvidea broadcaster (for some people it fixed it)
Unparked all cores
Set different core affinitys to streamlabs/games i was playing
I have windows 10 pro 20H2

The only thing i can think of left to do is a PC reset which is my last resort. Any input or help on this will be much appreciated as this is really doing my head in. I just cant seem to figure it out and this problems hit me just as iv started getting more views on my stream. Its really stressing me out and iv wasted too much time trying to fix it to no avail.

If i need to provide any more information let me know please. Thanks

As your logfile is from OBS Studio, we can provide support.
SLOBS *is* a different program though (a derivative version forked from the OBS Studio open-source codebase), and we don't support it at all here.

You're on Win10 20H2, but are running monitors at disparate refresh rates. There was a long-standing bug in Windows about different refresh rate monitors and 3D accelerated applications, supposedly fixed in Win10 2004, but it wasn't a complete fix and some people still get hit.

Try right-clicking the Preview window in OBS, and choosing 'Disable Preview'. See if your framerate goes back up. You can also move OBS to the same monitor as your game and have it in the background, so long as no part of OBS is on the other monitor.
If your framerate goes back up, congrats, you're still affected by the bug, and will have to run both of your monitors at the same refresh rate as a workaround (so will have to drop the 240hz monitor to 120hz). And yes, it can be an intermittent bug, so just start happening out of nowhere one day.

Also, OBS and GSync do NOT play well together. Swapping back to Fastsync instead could also be worth a shot.

And as a tip, including 'and do not tell me to...' when asking for troubleshooting help on the forums? Fastest way to get your question ignored. Troubleshooting is a process, and exploring every option is a part of that. If NVENC is screwing up on your system, that's another issue to investigate, not just flatly rule out.

Thanks for the response. Iv tried all these things out tho and still nothing.

With the nvenc new comment literally everyone says the same thing and to try use it when it isnt a fix at all for this situation. It just confuses me but it get what you're saying.

I dont believe it's a problem with different monitor refresh rates as it's worked in the past normally.

Just gotta keep trying things out I spose.

This is not SLOBS support...It's OBS support..Two different programs..

I understand that. It happens with both tho. I'm being as specific as possible as I want a solution and it's happening to many other people who still haven't found one. Notice how I posted two logs? You can't post logs from SLOBS.

Being you tilted your post SLOBS I didn't think reading any logs files would help..

Again. This bug is INTERMITTENT. It can start and stop with zero changes.
TEST IT. Making statements like that just makes people assume you didn't actually bother doing the troubleshooting steps provided, assumed it wouldn't be the problem, and hand-waved it.
On re-reading your reply, I'm almost certain you haven't actually done the testing steps instructed, and as a result will not spend any more of my time on this. Good luck to you though.

Incorrect i have tested it. Thats what disabling integrated graphics does it turns off my second monitor. I also ran the game with OBS on the same monitor and i took the HDMI cord out of the the 2nd monitor and motherboard. Same results.

Anyway iv just done a PC reset which deleted all my programs. Im redownloading my games and OBS and ill re-test everything soon.

Don't plug any monitors into the integrated graphics, if you have a discrete GPU. Plug them ALL into the discrete. Get an adapter if you need one.

ahh okay so get a hdmi to displayport adapter and plug it into the GPU not the motherboard. Ok ill try that, thanks.
