Hi there as the title states whenever i even open SLOBS/OBS i immeditely lose in game FPS.
With nothing open = 150-180fps
with SLOBS/OBS open = 100-120
Streaming/Recording = 85-100
Here are my PC specs -
CPU - Intel i9 10900k
GPU - MSI GeForce RTX 2080 Ti GAMING X TRIO 11GB Video Card
RAM - Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Memory - Black
Motherboard - ASUS TUF GAMING B460-PRO WIFI LGA 1200 ATX Motherboard
SSD - Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe 1.3 M.2 (2280) 3-Bit V-NAND SSD - MZ-V7S2T0BW
Case - Corsair Crystal 680X Smart RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower E-ATX Case - White
Cooling - Corsair Hydro Series™ H115i PRO RGB 280mm Liquid CPU Cooler
Monitor - ASUS ROG Strix XG258Q 25" FHD 240Hz G-Sync Compatible Gaming Monitor
2nd monitor - Dell SE2417HGX
I just want to say i understand that streaming puts a load on the PC and iv read through almost every thread possible on here and reddit regarding the issue but i know for a fact iv streamed at 150-180 FPS in the past for quite some time and this has only come about in the like 2-3 weeks. It is driving me insane.
Something has obviously happened recently and changed things so the only way to find a fix is to use the process of elimination and write down everything i have tried.
Here are two logs and a photo of hardware monitor while streaming.

i have tried
Changed and tested every setting possible in OBS/SLOBS - i do not believe its the in program settings at all and Please dont tell me to use Nvenc (new) encoder either it doesnt work for me even with my RTX card. I get really terrible results with it for some reason and iv given it a decent go.
tried with both preview off/on
No over heating CPU/GPU temps are consistent.
Tried all settings in the nvidea control panel
Game mode on/off
Running the game and SLOBS/OBS as admin
Hardware acceleration on/off
Have changed power options - balanced/high performance
Updated BIOS/firmware
updated windows
updated intel intergrated graphics drivers.
uninstalled and updated GPU drivers.
uninstalled OBS/SLOBS with revo uninstaller.
Disabling intergrated graphics
Uninstalled nvidea broadcaster (for some people it fixed it)
Unparked all cores
Set different core affinitys to streamlabs/games i was playing
I have windows 10 pro 20H2
The only thing i can think of left to do is a PC reset which is my last resort. Any input or help on this will be much appreciated as this is really doing my head in. I just cant seem to figure it out and this problems hit me just as iv started getting more views on my stream. Its really stressing me out and iv wasted too much time trying to fix it to no avail.
If i need to provide any more information let me know please. Thanks
