Bug Report Slightly desync in local files

Okay, I'm again with local files issue :( I noticed that I have slightly desync audio in local files. First time I thought "Ah, its okay, its just long file" (~5 hours). But then I go to streaming service to watch my VOD and I was surprised that in those VOD's audio/video sync is just perfect!
For example:
VOD from Twitch.tv - http://ru.twitch.tv/lelush/b/335680436 (go to 4:20:10 manually please coz I can't give direct link - I got VOD without audio, just bug of Twitch :) )
Same VOD from local file on Youtube (on my PC I have same desync - it is not Youtube problem) - VOD
I do not check "Sync Fix" and I choose .mp4 format to save files.

thank you, I'll check my data and make sure I'm saving the times correctly in mp4 files. in the mean time, you could try saving to FLV files instead (they should be working), those should be more accurate because they save the exact timestamps.

Thanks! :) I was going to saving in flv but just worried about "youtube rejecting" :) Now I found line in changelog about flv and try it.
