Slight encoding overload during stream

Hello all, I'm trying to stream at 1440p60fps on Twitch and youtube, while recording locally, while playing a game all on the same PC. Stream was fine most of the night with a few encoding overload messages. Wondering if there is a way I can lower a setting to prevent this from happening.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. We recommend disabling it via these instructions as a troubleshooting step. Be sure to restart your PC after disabling it.
2. Change the refresh rate on your LG from 144 Hz to 120 Hz.
3. Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This can be an indicator of very high system load and may affect stream latency or cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background programs if needed. Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering.

4. Make sure that all 6 of your plugs are compatible with OBS 32.2.2 and up-to-date.
5. Run OBS as Admin.
6. Don't ignore service bitrate limits. Change your Twitch bitrate to 6000.
7. Settings > Output > Encoder Settings > Set Multipass Mode to Single Pass and disable Look-ahead and Adaptive Quantization. Those all use additional GPU.

If still having issues, provide a new log.

2. The encoder is skipping rendering and encoding frames because of GPU overload. Read about troubleshooting tips in our GPU Overload Guide.

This is likely caused by your 5 twitch and 1 YouTube streams. Start with limiting the Maximum Video Tracks to 2.
3. Make sure that all 7 of your plugins are compatible with OBS 32.2.2 and are up-to-date.
4. Game, Window and Display Capture all interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (PC).
