Question / Help sliding up of long picture

i have a long picture need to be shown and zoomed to my scene, i mean long picture go sliding up.

how to do this?

Currently, the best way is probably to use the CLR Browser Plugin. You can create a simple webpage that loads the image and with some jquery for example, it could be animated to slide up, or zoom, or both or whatever.
