Question / Help Skype Volume Incredibly Low, but other volume is fine?

When I record a video in OBS, the PC volume is absolutely fine, but when I try to record Skype volume, my friend is incredibly quiet, even when the PC volume is incredibly high (OBS Setting). I wouldn't mind not having game sound to have my friend's voice in the video, thanks.
