Question / Help Skype Video Won't Capture

I'm running Windows Vista with Skype 7.3 and am trying to capture video chats from Skype using window capture. OBS will capture the actual Skype display itself but when video chat pops up it goes to a grey background.

OBS will capture streaming video chats from Roll20 with no issues.

Aero is enabled.

Any ideas?
 
I also found that when I disable Aero the video will show up, but it precludes using other layered windows for twitch alerts and the actual games I'm running.
