Question / Help Skype & Game Audio through headset

Hey! I am currently streaming on Twitch and are having a few audio issues. I talk with my friends and team via skype on my PC while I play on my xbox. However I have to wear ear buds, which are connected to my PC where I am using skype, under my headset which allows me to hear the xbox game audio.

Is there ANYWAY for me to be able to pull game audio through my desktop audio so I can simply wear one headset which is connected to my PC and be able to hear both skype and game volume?

I want to say there should be an option to playback the audio to just the stream or desktop audio as well in the capture card's source properties in OBS. I could be wrong.

Just note, that your audio will be delayed by that much so maybe a second or two lag from the setup you have now.
