Question / Help Skype echoing problem

I've searched for my issue and couldn't seem to find anything, when I stream I sound fine with no problems, but there is an echoe in the stream from people i'm in the skype call with, and I can't seem to pinpoint the problem.

and sorry to add to my issue, i have the stream port running to line in for my game audio, and then have a cable plugged into the mp3 line running to a splitter plugged into the headphone and mic inputs so I can get pc audio to headphones, the issue is the skype audio runs through the computer audio but is also running through the line audio also so there is an echo
