Question / Help Skype disconnects my stream

Whenever i use skype and OBS at the same time, i constantly get disconnected. It just comes up disconnected from the server and nothing else. I use raidcall to talk to people but not everyone can get that so skype is my only option sometimes. Ive had this problem for at least half a year and there is nothing on the internet about it no one else seems to have this problem. Any help?

have you checked your upload speed? maybe its saturating your upload speed...just a thought. I know many people, including myself that make skype calls and stream OBS simultaneously. so I would expect that its something with just your setup (PC, OS, or ISP)

Another thought is to setup QoS to prioritize skype on your router, but that is something you will need to research.

I have a 9 upload so i dont think that is the issue, and im using Sky fiber so would that be the issue?

also i usually use OBS32 bit just tried 64 and it still does it

Skype is P2P and opens a lot of connections. Maybe your router is crashing.
