ok i have seen the topics to split or eliminate these things... what i have is skype in my headset with my headsets mic. and the game in the standard speakers for my computer...

i want both sounds in the stream. i want viewers to hear both sides of the call and hear the game in the same stream.

i got the audio plugin and when i set the speakers in there global source either the headset or the game i dont hear it. when i set the audio to the headset in the main settings for audio it only hears the skype, but when i set it to the speakers it hears the speakers, but not skype.

i hope that makes sense. thanks in advance.

i have tried using the audio source plug in. i dont know what settings to put. i either get the skype call or the game. i dont know how to get both sources at the same time.

edit: when i have audio sources open the one that is on the top is the one that it takes the audio from. this is also from when one of them is in global. then i hear just the main thats in the sources. how can i have it take audio from both at once?

I don't know anything about your speaker setup, so I may be somewhat confused.

If you have skype coming through a headset, and a game coming through speakers, then I don't quite know what to suggest, capturing two output devices currently isn't possible.

However, with the plugin, you may be able to do it. Using the plugin, capture "what you hear" (may be also called "speaker mix"). Then capture the headphones with OBS as the desktop output separately.

Not much else I can suggest at this point though.

I think that you are looking for a virtual sound mixer.

VoiceMeeter is free and designed exactly for that purpose. It's a very simple interface with a lot of potential.

Let me know if need help with it.
