Question / Help Skipping frames and stream keeps skipping around

So about 2-3 updates ago on OBS i used to be able to stream fine with no lag no issues at all. Lately I've been finding near impossible or intolerable to stream. Some background of what I am doing. Usually I am streaming League of Legends while playing my youtube playlist and have the twitch dashboard in the background and League of Legends. Nothing else

You didn't have any skipping frames in that log. Skipping frames means the encoder cannot keep up. Perhaps you meant something else? Or wrong log? Or, do you have a video of the issue?
 
yea it seems so I keep getting that taking too long to encode skipping frames message. I cleared my logs last night thinking that was the right one I will try streaming tonight and upload an updated log.
 
Okay, if you get that message then it usually means your OBS settings are too high or other applications are draining your CPU. I would recommend probably using a little more downscale and see if that helps at all.
 
Lower the resolution of your webcam. Trying to run 1080p opn a USB 2.0 webcam can sometimes cause problems.

Also, try lowering your FPS to 30 on that CPU and see if that helps.
 
You might wanna switch over to the 64bit version of OBS to help with your CPU encoding performance and also make sure to add your CAM as a global source if you need to be using across multiple scenes.
 
when I tried to use 64 bit I notice I can't use window or monitor capture... anyway around this? I don't think using game capture for LoL
