Question / Help Skipping and Slow motion idk.

My mistake i didnt know that the logs were with the preview stream i thought it was only through actual streaming. The avermedia works perfect in the RECentral. I have not tried connecting to a different USB port and it straight to the laptop no HUB
 
You should only be adding the Stream Engine software as a video capture device and trying to troubleshoot that, not using game capture/monitor capture/whatever on a separate program. RECentral also can't be running at the same time, OBS needs exclusive access.
