Question / Help Skipped frames

I have an Intel core I7-2670QM 2.2Ghz processor and run OBS with ABR 1800 bitrate, fast preset, high profile. I have nearly 100 % skipped frames. What can I do to resolve this?

Use Tools->Auto Configuration Wizard to let OBS create a base configuration suited to the performance of your machine.
