Question / Help Skipped frames due to encoding

I have been having an issue with recording Rainbow Six Siege. Every time i record it, it has like 60-80% skipped frames and idk whats wrong.

Nvm i fixed it, if anyone is having this problem just turn on vsync or set frame rate to 60 fps.
