Ok, i have what i call a small problem in my big head, i have now used dual pc setup for streaming for a while, i have this:

Gaming rig:
CPU: I7 5930k
GPU: Asus gtx 980
Ram: 16gb 2400MHz

Streaming rig:
CPU: I7 5820K @ 4.5 ghz
GPU: Asus gtx 960
Ram: 16gb 2400MHz
Avermedia live gamer HD

I can now run slow preset fine. But i Wonder if i can get bether quality with a 5960x single computer, or is this the best setup?
I have a tought that perhaps it get mode crispy with a capture card? I dont know, im new to streaming and just want the best for mye viewers. Anyone knows?

Higher end processors won't help if you're already on the slow preset.
Single computer 5960x MIGHT get you better quality but a higher end capture card (my suggestion is the blackmagic intensity pro 4k) would end up getting about the same result without costing you over $1500.

The ting is i can still return the streaming rig and get the 5960x for the same price, so the costs are the same. Im using obs to twitch, so you think it will help with the other capture card? Or sound i just wait to get partnered with them to get bether quality?

A 5960x will probably be able to handle even better, but down the line. If you're a non-partner you really aren't going to have the bitrate available to go past 720p, so it's kind of a moot point. I'd personally go with a single 5960x just for more simplicity as far as the audio setup goes. But if you plan to SLI on your gaming rig for better quality graphics down the line, a 2PC setup really is the way to go to avoid issues. Really depends on what you plan to eventually do with it.

That said, I'd still go with the 5960x for now. No telling how long it'll take to hit Partner, and it'll serve you very well through the mid-high range. Super-high end you'd probably want to look at a dual Xeon encoding machine anyway.

I'd recommend *against* the BMIP 4K. It's a basket case at the moment from everything I've been reading, even if they fixed the dustbuster-fan problem (would run max speed even when not capturing anything). Plus the BM fragility problems, audio issues, and weird performance tics. I push the SC512 often for anyone wanting 1080p@60 capture, but if you need 4K I'd recommend looking at the Datapath VisionDVI-DL, or some of the Magewell cards. Haven't used them, but everything I've heard from those who have, has been overwhelmingly good.

Okei, i think i will sell my streaming computer then and buy the 5960x.if you mean the 5960x is mutch better than the 5930k?

All i want is the best setup posible :)

The sound isnt a issue since ive figured that out fine.
Usb headsett, optical cable in the streamine pc, usb cord in the gaming, (mic from astro a50 work with the usb for in game mic, and sound in the streaming pc from the optical) sound from gaming to streaming is audio output from gaming to audio input on streaming.
And use a AT 2020 Usb mic for the stream in streaming pc. No delay at all

The short version is "test it and find out". There really are no guarantees as there are a lot of variables; the game being played, how well the system is set up/streamlined on the software side, components used. No one has a table correlating X part to Y performance, just ballpark.

I'd safely estimate that a 5960x should be able to handle a 720p@30fps stream on x264 Slow (or Slowest/Placebo) without any problems. As I understand it, some use them for 1080p@60 on lower presets than Veryfast, which needs pretty ridiculous CPU power, in terms of present-day hardware.
