I've been recording videos with OBS perfectly fine for many years, and have for the last two months been recording for the first time in 4K, all without issues after some initial teething trouble and having to look up several guides to optimise my recording settings in OBS to allow me to record in good quality and also be able to play the games at their highest quality and performance.
Yesterday when I launched OBS to do some livestreaming (Which I do on a separate profile to my recording profile, using only 1080p resolution) I was prompted that OBS had an update, so I installed it without questioning anything. OBS restarted after the update and I commenced with my streaming at 1080p just fine.
Today I switch back 4K Recording Profile to record a 30 minute video. I find after doing the recording the video is really laggy and choppy. I check the stats in OBS and see I was 84.8% Encoder Overloaded. I have tried changing a couple of settings on the recording side of things but everytime I click to start recording in OBS the Encoder is Overloaded. This wasn't the case before the update.
Here is my current log file: https://obsproject.com/logs/-KnzR0aVX4mAeUcR
Can anyone help me to fix this and be able to record again?
