Question / Help Simply Broadcast Main Desktop Audio On Stream

I feel like an idiot for asking, but I simply can't figure out how to get my main desktop audio (which includes browser sounds, alert sounds, music) to broadcast on stream. I've searched everywhere and just can't make it happen. I've downloaded Voicemeeter and a couple other programs to try to get it, with no success. I've watched YouTube tutorials and read articles on Reddit, and now I've created an account on this form to see if anyone has any better suggestions. My computer hardware can be found here and my audio settings on my PC are here.

Again, just looking for the simplest way to have my main desktop audio out as a source in OBS. (Sorry if there's a stupid simple answer.)
 
Did you simply set OBS' desktop audio to match your default audio device in the control panel?
