Question / Help Silly webcam question

So I see a lot of streamers these days capture only themselves as a person and theire chair, and the surroundings are not showing. My question is very simple, how do you do that? I hate cleaning up the apartment!

They use a green screen. Then use the chromakey setting to remove the green.
