Question / Help Significant fps drop in Guild Wars 2

Ok, so this is my first time using openbroadcaster, i've set-up everything accordingly.

But when i play my fps drops about 50%!

Any way i can fix this?

I used raptr streaming utility and that's seems fine(maybe because the use hardware optimization?)

Since i can't find any documentation about, does OBS support VCE? The Video Codec Engine from AMD.

You're streaming at an incredibly low bit rate, and that resolution will look terrible. You can reduce CPU usage and get a slightly better quality picture by downscaling by 3.0.

I currently only have 1 mb upload(gettin around 800kBps, so it's pretty legal) Should i increase to 700?

With only 800kbps upload, you MIGHT be able to get away with 500-600kbps. You will definitely need to downscale.
