Hello, First of all my English is bad and I'm using a translator.
My problem is that when I do streaming, i have shuterring. Fine in fps.
I have a friend with the same pc I and doing well. I used the same settings and nothing.
I have also tried to reduce the bit rate but does not work.
Even lowering the quality of play I work as before.
My pc: i5-4690K, 8gb ram DDR3, 960 2gb.
