Show viewer count from twitch

To implement this correctly is a pain in the ass and will probably come with all the other stream monitoring and administrating functions.

Calling the Twitch API is easy enough. The problem is that the system the OBS has in place to managing streaming services is not sufficient to do what they want to do. It will take some rearchitecting of the code to get the system into a place where simply calling the API is more reasonable.

It is a planned feature, to be sure, but unfortunately there are issues with the code that make the problem more complicated than it sounds.
