Hey guys,

hope you all doing well.

I setup alot of scenes in OBS Studio (Version 26.1.1) with different types of sources. Now I want to fade in a source in one corner no matter witch scene is running. Is ther an possibility ?

Thanks for your help.

Normally how I handle this is by having an 'overlay holder' scene with all my overlays in it (and normally not-visible). Then add that scene to each of my other scenes as a source, at the top of the sources list(/stack). Then I control the visibility of each overlay via my Streamdeck... though you could just set up hotkeys for that.
Unfortunately there is no way to smoothly fade them in and out... yet. Source transitions is a much-requested feature, and as I understand it being looked into already, just not available quite yet.

Thanks for this information. I will test it later :)
