Hi, I have a problem related to shortcuts but I'll explain better, I set the shortcuts and they work, both if I use them on games and if I use them with everything else, as long as these are always activated only with the keyboard and not with streamdeck or similar.
The problem I encounter when I play or do something else, I have a Creative GC7 that has custom keys that I have set for scene changes, if they are not on the Obs window the shortcuts do not work, same thing with the Macros, but if the I try to make keyboard everything works correctly. Someone would be able to show me a solution, the program is already started as an administrator.
